Pak Gem Terms and Conditions – Rules for Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pak Gem platform — whether through a browser on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of whether they have registered an account or are browsing as a guest.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Pak Gem Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Pak Gem reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Pak Gem platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak Gem is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, automated bots and scripted registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active exclusion on your account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or in a professional betting capacity that violates these terms.

Pak Gem may request proof of age and identity at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Pak Gem platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC or valid identification document, a working mobile number registered in Pakistan, and a valid date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. If any information changes — including your mobile number or payment details — you must update your account promptly. Pak Gem is not liable for failed payments or communication issues arising from outdated account information.

Account registration is free of charge. Pak Gem will never ask you to pay a fee in order to register, verify your identity or access your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the Pak Gem platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion, no foreign exchange fee and no requirement to hold a foreign currency account. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You may be required to verify your payment method before your first withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals are subject to a standard review period. VIP players may benefit from expedited processing as part of their loyalty tier benefits.
• Pak Gem reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud checks are triggered.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to separate wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for bonus-specific terms.

5. Betting Rules

Pak Gem offers sports betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the betting slip. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where a cash-out option is explicitly made available for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the betting slip before confirmation. These limits may vary by sport, market and event.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. Pak Gem reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during periods of significant match events such as wickets, injuries or DRS reviews in cricket.
• Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket and the PSL franchise league, or FIFA for football.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs (for cricket), settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. These rules are detailed in the relevant sport's betting rules section within the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors — where a market price is clearly wrong due to a technical or human error — are void. Pak Gem reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect prices regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted.
• Multiple bets and accumulators are permitted. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the voided selections removed.

6. Casino and Games

The Pak Gem casino section includes slots, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and live dealer games streamed from a studio environment. All casino activity is governed by these terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the individual game interface.

• Casino games use a random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, a real physical dealing process. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. These limits are set per round, not per session.
• Live casino games may have seat limits. If a table is full you will be placed on a waiting list or directed to an alternative table.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred. Pak Gem is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and play for the affected round. If a technical fault affects a game result, Pak Gem will void the affected round and return any stake placed.
• Not all casino games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is detailed in the relevant bonus terms at the time the bonus is issued.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Gem offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from real money funds. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be turned over before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Only qualifying bets contribute to wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain markets, games or with certain stake levels may be excluded or contribute at a reduced percentage. These exclusions are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity window, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• One bonus can typically be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may require forfeiting the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred. Using bonus funds in a way that appears to circumvent wagering requirements — including through arbitrage, low-risk betting patterns or coordinated play — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Pak Gem reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already activated a bonus at the time of cancellation will not be affected mid-qualifying period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pak Gem platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended, closed and any funds forfeited pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access the platform or interact with any feature of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, share information in live casino settings, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit market pricing.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, pricing mistakes or technical vulnerabilities. If you discover an error, you are required to report it via the support contact rather than take advantage of it.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Any behaviour that harasses, threatens or abuses Pak Gem staff, support agents or other players.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Pak Gem account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication method — confidential and not sharing them with any other person.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Pak Gem account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Do not log in to your account on shared or public devices. If you must access your account on a device you do not own, ensure you log out completely afterwards.
• Pak Gem will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Pak Gem support immediately to have your account secured and a full investigation initiated.
• Any bets placed or transactions made on your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — while the account is active are your responsibility until the point at which you notify Pak Gem of unauthorised access.

10. Responsible Gaming

Pak Gem is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for adult players. We offer a range of tools to help you manage your betting activity and stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable on-screen reminders that notify you how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need to take a break, you can apply a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from your account settings. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

Pak Gem reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour is detected.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• An account is inactive for an extended period and has no remaining balance.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory, legal or compliance obligation.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting Pak Gem support. If you close your account voluntarily and have a verified balance, withdrawal processing will be completed subject to standard verification checks. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Pak Gem will notify you of the outcome of any investigation via the contact details on your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Pak Gem platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• Pak Gem is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, delayed bet acceptance or connectivity issues on your end.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including lost profits, missed betting opportunities or reputational damage.
• Our total liability to you in any calendar month is limited to the value of the funds held in your Pak Gem account balance at the time of any claimed loss.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You access and use the Pak Gem platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are suitable for use with the platform and that you comply with any applicable local laws regarding online gaming.

13. Changes to These Terms

Pak Gem may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will attempt to notify registered players via the contact details on their account — however, it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continuing to use the Pak Gem platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with a revised version of these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
